I Love Digital is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. We work with clients across Queensland and Australia, with a focus on Gold Coast and Brisbane service businesses.
We work primarily with Queensland trades and service businesses turning over $500,000 or more annually, with 3 to 50 employees — including solar installers, electricians, builders, retailers, and professional services.
I Love Digital is run solo by Jerrell Niu, backed by two decades of product management, technology, and business experience. Clients work directly with the person doing the work, get faster turnarounds than a traditional agency, and pay less than they would for equivalent senior talent at a larger studio.
Website pricing depends on platform, complexity, and ongoing requirements, so we don't publish a fixed price — get a free quote and we'll come back with clear, itemised pricing. Onboarding fees are always separate from any monthly retainer, and everything is quoted in Australian dollars.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is the practice of optimising a website so it can be found, understood, and cited by AI search engines and Google's AI Overviews. It sits on top of traditional SEO and is becoming critical as more searches move to AI platforms.
