Google Workspace, set up properly for your business.
We set up Google Workspace on your own domain, move your email across and switch on the security settings most small businesses skip. Ask us for a code, and your first year costs 10% less.
10% off your first year
Save 10% on your first year of Google Workspace.
We are part of the Google Workspace Referral Programme, so we can give you a promotion code for 10% off the first year of Business Starter or Business Standard. Each code works once, so we send you your own when you sign up with us. Google pays us a referral fee when you join through our link, and that fee never changes what you pay.
Ask for a codeWhat we set up
Everything set up on day one.
A Workspace account takes minutes to open and a lot longer to set up well. We do the whole job, so your email works from the first morning.
- Workspace on your own domain, with an email address like you@yourbusiness.com.au for each person.
- Your domain verified and its mail records added, so email arrives in Gmail from the first day.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so your emails land in inboxes rather than spam folders.
- Your old email, contacts and calendars moved across from your current provider.
- Shared addresses like info@ and quotes@ that reach the right people.
- Two-step verification on every account and a second admin login for you, so one lost password never locks you out.
- Shared drives for your quotes, invoices and job photos, organised by job or client.
- Training for you and your team, and a written summary of your settings, on request.
Why the setup matters
Set up right, your email lands and stays yours.
Your emails reach the inbox.
Gmail asks every sender to set up SPF or DKIM, and businesses that send more than 5,000 emails a day must also set up DMARC. We add all three on every setup, so quotes and invoices land in your customers' inboxes.
The account stays yours.
We set up the account in your business name, with you as the super admin, the same way we register every domain in our customer's name. If you ever move on from us, nothing has to be handed back.
Nobody gets locked out.
A sole trader with one admin login can lose access to the whole business with one forgotten password. We set up a second admin login for you, kept apart from your everyday account, so there is always a way back in.
Which plan
Most small businesses need Business Starter or Business Standard.
Both plans come with your own email address, Google Drive, Calendar and Meet, for up to 300 users. The 10% code covers either one.
Business Starter
- storage per user
- 30 GB
- people in a meeting
- 100
It suits a business that mainly needs email and calendars.
Business Standard
- storage per user
- 2 TB
- people in a meeting
- 150
Adds meeting recordings saved to Drive, appointment booking pages and eSignature in Docs and PDFs. It suits a business that stores plans, photos and quotes in Drive or books appointments online.
Business Plus
- storage per user
- 5 TB
- people in a meeting
- 500
Adds advanced device management. It suits a business with more staff and stricter security needs.
Google sets the plan prices. Your setup quote is separate and itemised.
How it works
Four steps from your old email to Workspace.
Step 1: Book a 15-minute call.
Tell us how many people need email, where your email lives now and what you want to keep.
Step 2: Get your quote and your code.
You get an itemised quote for the setup and your own 10% promotion code.
Step 3: We set it up and move your email.
We open the account in your name, add the records to your domain and bring your old email across.
Step 4: Switch over and start using it.
Your email moves across to Workspace. Training for your team and a written summary of your settings are available on request.
