Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
i love digital ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients ("you", "your"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose the personal information we collect from you in connection with your use of our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information from you when you sign up for our services, use our website, or otherwise interact with us. This information may include:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number
- Payment information, such as your credit card or bank account information
- Information about your business or organisation, such as the name and location
How you found us
When you first visit our website, it records how you arrived, such as a Google search or one of our ads, in your browser's local storage. If you send us a form, that source is sent with it so we know which channels work. It contains no personal information.
2. Use of Information
We may use the information we collect from you for a variety of purposes, including:
- To provide our services to you
- To bill and collect payment for our services
- To communicate with you about your account and the services we provide
- To improve our services
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations
3. Sharing of Information
We may share your information with third parties in certain circumstances, including:
- With service providers who assist us in providing our services to you
- When we are required to do so by law or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our clients, or others
4. Meta Advertising Tools
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. When you visit our site, the Pixel records the pages you view and sets cookies in your browser. When you send us a form, our server sends Meta a hashed version of the contact details you entered, such as your email address, along with your IP address, your browser type and those cookie IDs. A hash is a one-way code, so Meta can match it to an account but cannot read it back. We never send Meta your phone number or the content of your message. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
When you send us a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the name, email address, phone number and business details you entered. We use them to send what you asked for and to follow up with you, and we store them in our email platform and our client records.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we collect from you from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. However, no security measures can be 100% effective and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
6. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@ilovedigital.com.au.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our handling of your personal information, please contact us at hello@ilovedigital.com.au.
